Copyright Permission Letter

Dear Sir/Madam, We are A-Level Rockschool students and we are writing to request your permission to use one of the tracks from Ke$ha’s ‘Warrior’ album. The track we wish to use is ‘Out Alive’. With your permission, this track would be used in our Music Video Production unit, which involves us creating a music video to a song of our choice. If we received your permission, the track would ONLY be used in an educational context and be viewed by our music class, our teacher and the Rockschool exam board moderator. The video would not be released to a large audience. The artist and your company would be fully recognised throughout the pre-production process and the final video itself. A copyright notice with wording supplied by you can be included in the records of the project. If this is required, please send full details via email or letter.
